Ruthnie (Dee) Benoit
I have several years of experience supporting startup operations and building systems that reduce manual work. I help teams improve the way their work flows.The process usually starts with some discovery. That means looking at how work moves through the business — from bottom to top.From there, I put together a clear plan. This might include restructuring existing workflows, connecting the apps you already use, migrating your data into a better system, or building a custom internal tool when needed.The goal is to make your current operations easier to manage and easier to grow, not necessarily to add more software.
