Operations discovery

The business is operating, but figuring out where things stand between work streams takes a little guesswork and a lot of chasing.

Integrations & APIs

Your systems aren't connected, so your team copies information between them by hand. It takes time, and the copies stop matching.

Automation

Your team does tasks by hand that follow the same steps every time. Nothing happens automatically, even when it should.

Internal tools & web

You know your software is powerful, but you don't know how to get the most out of it or your money's worth.

Process mapping

No one tracks how long each step takes, so there's no way to see where the time goes. Usually it's lost waiting between steps.

Documentation

New hires get trained on tribal knowledge. Each person ends up doing it a little differently.
